The Process
We work personally with each of our clients to ensure your vision is realized through your custom correspondence, whether it be a multi-piece package for a wedding or a single card announcing the arrival of your beautiful baby. We are excited about each event in your life, and believe that if it's worth celebrating, it is worth announcing in style!
We begin with a personal consultation, either in person, or over the phone. During this complimentary meeting, we will discuss your needs, colors, ideas, budget, and any other relevant topics. This is both a conversation and a brainstorming session. Once we have developed an understanding of your project, we will produce a proposal, which will outline the project, from the papers and inks to be used, to any special processes or embellishments. A price will be included, and we will gladly work with you in adjusting any portion of the proposal to fit your needs and budget.
Once you have accepted the proposal, we will enter the design phase. At this time, the non-refundable design fee will be required, as will have been outlined in your proposal. You will be provided with several concepts, as appropriate, to review and approve. Any changes or corrections will be made during this process, until we arrive at a final product.
Upon accepting the artwork, an additional non-refundable deposit will again be required, usually 50% of the printing and finishing cost. This also will have been outlined in your proposal. Once the printing process has begun, you will be only a short time from receiving your beautiful, custom correspondence pieces!
The final payment will be due before delivery of your finished pieces can occur. We understand that budgeting, especially for life's grandest celebrations, can be challenging. This is why we break our fees into multiple phase payments. We want you to be comfortable with the process, and thrilled with the results! Once completed, you will have custom correspondence that reflects you and your event exclusively - it will be Truly Yours!
